Hi i'm a 19 year old high school graduate, now the thing is i've been with my gf for quiet alot of months now, one problem is we live countries apart, the other is the fact is gets upset and nit picks on stupid role playing stuff on myspace. i've told her time and time again my heart lies with her and no one can take that away, but ever since we've started fighting over this we've been drifting more and more apart eventually to the point of breaking up. Shes already kissed one of her friends and never told me the day it happened, and now that she wants us to break up shes gonna go tell the same guy she kissed shes finaly single and wants to try her luck with him.....i dunno what to do really....any ideas??

I started a website, myspace, facebook and yahoo group for people who want to come together and share love, peace, tolerance, as a community to make a difference and make the world stronger and better place to live. I'd like to do a video to promote just that and I need music. But I can't think of a good music to use. It should be pretty much uptempo but not too hardcore like heavy rock, heavy metal, or anything too loud like that. Not rap, either. I prefer to use any music that has no vocals. Anyone got an idea what music I can use?

Ok so heres the story-

June 2006 - Sat. morning walk to car to get in for work and discover writing in pink lipstick all over the window, a heart drawn with an arrow through and my live in boyfriend of 5 years initials.

Nasty emails off and on throughout the rest of 2006..on myspace and no way to track them.

Dec. 31st/Jan. 1st- tires are slit on my new car so perfectly that they werent flat when i got in it, but blew out dangerously when i drove it. police took note of this and i told them about prior incidents.

Jan 2nd- hear a car door slam at 1:30 in the morning, so i run outside and see nothing, check my backup car (the one with slit tires is in the shop being safety checked), and now there another heart in lipstick all over the window.

Jan 3rd- boyfriend car gets a heart drawn on it in lipstick.

Cant figure out who it is, nobodys seen nothing, no tracks, no nothing. took pictures of everything and police wrote down incident with slashed tires.

What can i do?

You already know them. This 'Fatal Attraction' person is in one of your pasts or present. You both have to write a list of everyone you have had even the slightest involvement with prior to %26amp; during your relationship. Go back one year prior to these occurences and write down anyone you had a date with, rejected, paid you attention, may feel competitive with you. Could be either gender - not necessarily a romantic motivation on their part. Could even be a friend, neighbor or relative that behaves normaly around you. Then look at each name and rate by order of probability. Now write down each incident that has taken place in full detail: Date, time, full descript of the 'crime scene'. Next, write down your routine: when you each get up, go to bed, comes %26amp; go to work/ stores/out to eat, etc. Then write a comparison regarding timing of the incidents and your routine. What routine do the people on your list have - to your knowledge.

Fear %26amp; panic feed this stalker and the more they get away with, the braver they will get. Creating paranoia is their goal to hurt you. Take your lists and calmy go down to Police Headquarters and meet with an Investigator. Cannot expect instant satisfaction. You have to work with him/her calmy %26amp; persistently to get this resolved. Probably has many cases more severe than yours but if you are insistent and proactive you will garner his support.

The camera is a good idea, along with sensor lights %26amp; alarms. You have to keep what is happening private between you and the police department. You have to be calm and in control. Each of you carry some pepper spray in case it escalates to a confrontation. Do not go out alone in non public areas, especially at night.

If either one of you is holding back pieces of the puzzle (maybe one of you is afraid to reveal everything to the other) the investigator will lose faith and you might not catch them until they inflict real harm or they just disappear in pursuit of a new target.

Blaming and wishing this wasn't happening, getting upset over the hassle %26amp; expense just feeds this stalker. Pretend you are going through Katrina. Just get through it and it will get put behind you. Sooner or later. Hang in there.

It sounds very specifically aimed at your boyfriend. sounds like a crush gone wayyyy bad. He's got himself a stalker. I suggest you talk to him and have him help zero in on who acts forward or odd around him, it might help figure out who is obsessing.

I was going to suggest a big dog, but thought better of it when I read that your tires were slashed (don't want the dog hurt!); have you thought of hiring a professional bodyguard/watchman/private investigator? Since you already have night cameras, it shouldn't be too difficult to find the creeps who are harassing you. Maybe you and the boyfriend could take turns watching the cars at night? Other than that, there's not much you can do, short of parking in a lighted garage.

I'm so sorry you're having to go through this.

There's no easy way to say it, but if you have no idea who the vandal could be, then your boyfriend might not be giving you honest answers all the time. The heart drawings mean something; it's not just random. And clearly the tire-slashing was very personal.

Given the dangerous way the tires were slashed, I'm surprised the police aren't investigating more thoroughly.

Have you considered hiring a private investigator? Be sure he's licensed and trustworthy, and don't tell anyone, including your boyfriend, that you are doing it. I'd be willing to bet an investigator can help turn up answers.

I definitely agree that you are being stalked. If it were me, the first suspects on the list would be another girl that feels resentment at the relationship that you share with your boyfreind. Also,take a step back and look at your boyfreind objectively as a suspect. You said that he is unconcerned with the incidents and believes you are paranoid. This means that he is either really self-absorbed and unsupportive or he knows something you don't. I am not saying that you should do anything drastic, but just consider everyone. You might want to consider hiring a Private Investigator. I also think that any steps you take from this point on should be kept totally private. The people that are doing this have taken great steps to learn a lot about you. Seeing as they know you had a spare car, they have a reliable resource that is close to you. They have proven to you that they want to harm you, and judging by the way that your tires were slashed expertly, they have experience at doing so. Pay attention to the people you see and keep an eye out for anyone that could be following you. From now on, everyone is a suspect. I hope this helps!

I would USE THE CAMERA--and also have the neighbors keep an eye out. Maybe you should have a heart to heart talk with your boyfriend,both of you can't be innocent victims--sounds like something shady has or was going on.

*When that camera arrives, aim it at the window that receives the drawings.

*Install a car alarm. If you cannot afford one, just get a blinking red LED light to shove in the windshield of each car. (You can get fake ones from ebay or even off the boxes of kid's light up shoes in the store.) It just might trick them into thinking twice about approaching your vehicles.

*Install motion sensor lights.

*Talk to your neighbors. Ask them to help keep an eye on your property.

*Get a dog. If the dog does not scare them away, it will surely alert you when someone comes near your home or vehicle.

Watch your neighborhood whenever you can. Keep an eye out for suspicious or unfamiliar people and vehicles. Write down license plate numbers. Stalkers are busy stalking day AND night. They just pick the night to carry out their crimes because of the obvious darkness to assist in concealing their identity.

Someone obviously has a thing for your man. No offense, but, is your boyfriend completely monogamous? If he has not gone astray from you at all, this obsessive psycho really wants to get their hands on him.

ok so i found THE most adorable guy on myspace, lame i know. but just looking at his pictures i got the urge to really just want to talk about him. so i requested him and he accepted. he actually doesnt live in my state BUT he goes to the college which is my number one choice. so i messaged him saying "hey i saw your page and noticed that you go to (his college), thats cool because im actually considering going there, so i figured i would request you. how are you?" was this good, and do you think it will generate a response or any type of conversation? im really hoping it could lead to maybe meeting him when i go visit the school in july, which unfortunantly is far away, but im prayin haha. this probably was a question i shouldve asked before i sent it haha. but pleaseee help.

My first question is did they have a rule against having a myspace account in the first place? If not, then they may be overreacting due to all the media coverage myspace has gotten lately. Parents want to protect their children. this is normal and a good thing for the most part.

If they did, then you did break a rule and damage their trust in you. However, you seem to be a good person, and I would suspect you will be able to regain their trust. Perhaps clarifying any gray areas in the household rules would help. Ask them what they would like to see out of you (specifics) so you will have their full trust again.

I have been dating this kid for about 2 months now(we are together)First off let me tell you that he is 17 he will be 18 in Jan.of next year and im turning 20 this year.When we first met he told me how his mom is really strict and doesnt want him having a gf right now. But he told me he was gonna tell his mom we were dating but hasn't yet cuz he is afraid of what she will thing. we live about 30 minutes away from each other so we only see each other when we can, but talk on the phone every night. I have been in a band and we are in the practicing stage(its really a uniqe sound.)

Anyway it is a christian rock band but we dont wanna sing all about God and church we want to help everybody with our music not just Christians. We are currently writing a song about self injury. Anyway we will have a myspace and pure volume up soon, we have an indie label it is VERY small its my friends he is trying to get new bands under his belt it is called october paradise studio located in Carmel Indiana, anyway we have no bass player and we arent the best at singing in harmony all together with our tempo I know alot about music and Im pretty much teaching my other guitarist how to play guitar cuz Im taking singing lessons and I will be the main lead singer, well I need some tips on what to do as a band to get our message out there and to get well known, we are only 16 and we know we dont know it all and have a long way to go. I love this guy. I really truely do and its been hard for me to say that for a long time. No one knows but I feel alright sayin it here because nobody knows him or me. He and I are really close and great friends. I always thought something was a bit off-he was always more sensitive and he is my dance partner. A friend saw his myspace and found out he is bi. I don't care. I really truely don't. But I live in a very closed minded society. My parents tell me I would never be alowed to date him while i am under their roof and if I ever did they would *gulp* write me out of the family. The fact that he's bi shouldn't even enter the equation. Have you talked to him about your feelings? Do you think he could be faithful to you? It sounds like you have a lot to lose. You will have to make a decision here. Don't let anyone else do that for you.

If you two love each other and can be faithful to each other then don't throw that away. It may be that friends is all he wants. Can you live with that if that is his decision? I've seen a few great relationships thrown away because of family and friends. It may take awhile for them to get used to the idea, but if they love you they will want you to be happy. Give them time to see that you and he are happy together and hopefully they will come around.

As for an answer: I feel for you, but I cannot in good faith tell you that "true love will conquer all" and that you should incur the wrath of your family and your faith for the sake of pursuing a relationship with this man.

By all means, use any feelings you have for him as a motivation to work for social change. Vote for the GLBT-friendly politicians (assuming you're old enough), support the businesses that have GLBT-friendly employment policies, maybe donate to a few political action groups if you have the money to spare (I suspect volunteering is out of the question for you at this point if you're still living with your parents). And it was an instant, mind boggling love that could not be controlled by either of us...he was married with two kids also. AFter 4 years of hell, my wife and I parted as very good friends, and are to this day. I raised my sons, we are very close to this day. The relationship with the guy lasted 16 years...Would I do things differently? Probably not. Did I decieve my wife...NO...She knew I had the potential, I had warned her. All of us are happy today, things have a way of working out. Do what makes you happy for the time being...there are NO guaranties in life.

As I read your question, I am reminded of the statement,"A house divided against itself can not stand." I have no doubt this young man is capable of loving you. The question I have here is, being bi-sexual, can he love ONLY you? I have to answer this question with no. So their was this guy named Kevin. And I met him through my friend. Well I LOVED Kevin for so long. We talked forever and went to the movies and everything. I was looking at my boyfriend of 5 years myspace page the other day.He says its purely for song writing but I found loads of women on his friends page, many of them half naked.I also saw he had been emailing girls he knew when we first started dating, but who he lost touch with-or so I though!!This upset me, I felt like he was hiding things from me and that he doesnt find me sexy anymore.When I spoke to him about it he went nuts saying he;d done nothing wrong-even though hes always telling me that Im the only girl he finds attractive.

Ok this might take a minute to read but you will be glad you did....first off let me tell you that the internet is a major ingedient for disaster just because most people live in a made up world on here. It's MySpace, it's traditionally for music but loads of people are using it to hook up. However, that doesn't mean that EVERYONE is or that they have ulterior motives.

i live in a city that provides free Wi-Fi, so thats one consideration but also i will be using it for a mulitude of things. studies,work,games,music,myspace. and i wont be the only one on it my 7Yr old may SOMETIMES use it. i have a roommate that has a desktop and for now i use it but its slower than all h*ll, plus i want to be able to get online and be able to consentrate without her loud mouth kids driving me nuts...so if you give me suggestions as to which would work better for me that would be great

Generally you can do more with a desktop. If later down the road you want to upgrade the processor, or add a graphics card, its easy on a desktop.... Most laptops are made to a point, that even upgrading the processor will void a warranty, because they are small, and designed for one specific processor.....another words, anything bigger can cause more heat than the intended design of the laptop.... Todays laptops are getting very cheap, if you want portability, and dont play alot of games, a laptop may be the choice for you. If you want something thats going to be around for the long run, ie adding to it to improve later on so you dont have to buy a whole new computer, then a desktop may be better..

Myself, I have a my laptop on my desk, the only downside is the keyboard is attached, you can get a seperate keyboard and mouse that will help make it more like a desktop, just make sure the laptop you get has enough usb ports to support all your hardware, webcam, printer, mouse, keyboard........

If you get a laptop, try not to store a lot of stuff (music, video clips, other BIG files) on the hard drive as it will slow the processing power.

Definitely buy an external hard drive to store that kind of stuff.

Also, make sure you get the screen size that is right for you.

Personally, the 13" screen is too small and the 17" is almost too big for me.

If you get a desk top, buy an extra internal hard drive to store data.

I'm a Mac man, through and through.

The machines look to be more expensive than PC's, but when you consider all the stuff loaded on a Mac versus an empty PC in which you need to buy additional software, it comes out about equal.

Whatever you choose, you might consider getting an extended warranty or service agreement...things happen to ALL computers.

get a laptop. laptops are catching up to desktopss in terms of performance, and because you have free wifi, it is definately worth it to get the laptop. hope this helps.

If you get a laptop, try not to store a lot of stuff (music, video clips, other BIG files) on the hard drive as it will slow the processing power.

Definitely buy an external hard drive to store that kind of stuff.

Also, make sure you get the screen size that is right for you.

Personally, the 13" screen is too small and the 17" is almost too big for me.

If you get a desk top, buy an extra internal hard drive to store data.

The machines look to be more expensive than PC's, but when you consider all the stuff loaded on a Mac versus an empty PC in which you need to buy additional software, it comes out about equal.

My bf lives in US %26amp; I live in Europe. We're both 25,%26amp; I thought this was smth serious. We haven't seen each other in a long time. We had a really big fight last week.

He asked me for me e-mail password %26amp; after I gave it to him. He saw that I had a profile in "myspace". (I liked my profile, it's not that I wanted to find "a new love", or flirting...I just liked knowing new people and having fun with my old friends). He went mad when he saw that, and told me I was cheating on him. I deleted my profile bcz I didn't want him to feel bad about that.

He sent me some very nasty text msg and hasn't called me since 7 days ago. I had his e-mail password too, and now in revenge he changed that.

I feel terrible. I don't wanna beg him to come back to me cz I didn't do anything bad to him. I asked him to forgive me, but he is so stuborn.

I think he has another girl in there and this is just the right excuse to break up.

Honesty I know of A LOT of couples, long distance or not, that fight over myspace. So I guess if your guy is worth it dump the myspace (which you did) but it sounds like he has a major trust issue with you so you might want to consider dumping him instead.

The only reason he wants the password to your email is to snoop around and to check up on what you're doing and that's it. Change your password now and maybe before he "officially" dumps you, dump him. I'm sure there's a wonderful guy near by who would love to date you.

Don't stoop to his level and beg cause that's probably what he wants you to do, just be strong and if you want myspace to stay in touch with friends that's your right. Maybe you'll find a nicer guy near you too!

I had a good thing going at MSN Spaces until they switched over to Live Spaces and now they have a million bugs and it freezes the PC. One of my friends is sort of going through a desperate phase with men right now. She found a hot guy on myspace, added him and they have been talking a LOT. I looked at his profile, he has 39 friends who are all women scattered across the US. Not one man or real seeming friend on there even tho he has lived in this city for 10 years. He has shirtless pics on line and is telling her he has 2 homes, 2 cars, etc...she asked him out, they are now planning to go out early next week. okay so i met this guy on my cruise, we had a thing and liked eachother a lot and after the cruise he contacted me and we talked a few times but then things died down a bit cause we live far away from eachother. about 2 months after the cruise i went to surprise visit him. he was really happy, and acted the same exact way as he did on the cruise. i was only there for about 20 minutes cause i had to go somewhere else. he contacted me after the visit and then things died down once again. 4 months after that in february, me and my friend contacted him because we happen to be going to college by where he lives in a few months and we were auditioning for dance. he said, of course, come hang out with us. we went there and hung out and once again, he acted the same exact way. he explained to me how me visiting the first time he was really happy but it was like giving him a puppy and then taking it away from him. he kept asking the question "can i keep it..is it mine?"..which was really cute. me and him talked for about an hour alone about everything. i left and he told me to text him when i got back to the hotel. he asked if i was mad at him for not talking to me all the time. i said no, and he said he can tell i was. but i wasnt, not at all. he texted me that night saying "thanks for coming cant wait to see u again." we spoke for awhile about the night and how we had fun and later on i said "goodnight have fun"..and he said "im going to sleep..all my fun left already." that night he commented me on myspace saying he had fun and he hopes to hear from me soon. two nights later he texts me again saying hey and we talked for awhile. i asked him to come to ny to see me, but he feels weird cause he doesnt know anyone and he feels as if everyone will "like him..then hate him" he said he would think about it, and i even said "we can go to the city." he told me "way rather see you then the city"..meaning it doesnt matter what we do, as long as i can see you..which was really cute. he then sent a couple of funny videos and one night his friends called me from his phone. i heard them say something about girlfriend in the background and he laughed and got on the phone and kept apologizing for calling so late..he told me he was really sorry and hed call me the next day. he was drunk when he called the last time, so he probably forgot the entire night because he didnt call the next day, and now we havent really been speaking..

ive made only a few friends on the internet, but been rejected by many, as i have with alot of people throughout my life. i suffer with incredable low self esteem, and iam clingy.

ive never built up any social relationships ever in life.....never had a girlfriend or a partner.....never made no friends.

the thing is, the few people ive discovered on the net, through sites like this and myspace.....how can i reciprocate, and tell them the reality about my life in the fear they might reject me.....as ive only ever experienced in life ?

Maybe you should tell a little at a time. What you are comfortable with. I understand you being scared and worried but don't. It is not your fault these terrible things have happened to you. I slowly let people get to know the real me and I can admit that there are people who I've known for years that still don't' know the real me. You can't let live your life from what happened in the past. because if you do you can never move forward, it took me 25 years to figure that out.I grew up in an abusive home taken away from parents,put in kids home,mentally and phis abused, i was married 9 yrs beat,raped,cheated on told i was nothin and i thought that was what i deserved.lost friends and had friends ran off.But i had to change i have kids they deserved better.You have to be strong. you dont have to come out and tell your life story to everyone because not everyone will understand or accept, only your" true and loving no matter what" friends will still be there for you. hope you find the answers you are looking for and keep your head up thats the only way to stay strong. it wont happen over night, but belive and love your self and know you are somebody.

Have you ever thought of joining a group a support group, yes it may sound lame, but i find that being around those who have had similar experiences in life is a comforting thing. then by establishing relations with others you can move on to bringing others into your life. just remember you are in control over you and you can change your life for the better. lots of luck and try not to allow your past completely inundate your future. the past is in the past. you cant change it but grow from your experiences into a stronger person.

You should know that if you met them here, they already know these things because you put them in almost every question you post. So you don't need to say it over again. You can just zero in on one or two of these issues at a time now. People get overwhelmed easily as you have a great deal of problems. They can't deal with them all at once any better than you can. If you've met them somewhere else, be careful not to dump them all on anyone at the same time there either, as people are much the same everywhere and will also be overwhelmed. That is one good way to start with. If you don't do that, people will run away from you and then you will have no friends at all.

I don't know, but perhaps you reveal too much about yourself too fast. Start out slower until you really get to know someone and they give you an opening or invitation to share some of these more darker aspects that have affected you and impacted your life experience.

Believe it or not, we're all flawed, and we all have "psychological" issues. Just don't start off the conversation with something deep and dark with a newly formed contact. Keep it light and routine at first and only gradually add in the more personal details as things evolve and are divulged to you from the other.

But don't fret or start beating yourself up over this. I happen to be one who delves into too much detail too fast and have come to see that while I view my unsolicited self-disclosures as being sincere, open and honest, it often scares others away who have not had enough time to get to know me. Such instant disclosures makes the one on the receiving-end feel uncomfortable and overwhelmed with too much personal information. They tend to think, "This guy is 'out-there.' I'd better run."

Look I am gonna answer another ? of yours again. I have also had the described life, trauma and VICTIMIZATION. Believe it or not, you LIKE being a victim, you are so used to it its the only thing that seems safe....You HAVE to stop living by and defining yourself with this BPD label. The core of your symptoms lies within lacking an identity, so having that label has proved a convenient escape route for you, I know. I had that label at 17.

BTW, I know a lot of ppl do not understand you have an abandonment fear, but i do ....THey don't understand that part of your brain is wired to react intensely to being alone. You are going to have to try harder then everyone else to overcome but you can do it.

I will tell you how I recovered from severe low self-esteem and fear of rejection: I got into therapy, and I rode those feelings out. Slowly but surely I have begun to heal. yES I STILL SUFFER terribly from abandonment fear BUT i REFUSE to let it govern my life. See, you are living in a paradox, on one hand you want closeness but on the other you fear it. You have to first find an identity within yourself before you can relate to others. BPD is a cluster of symptoms related to lack of refining your identity; that's why you fear abandonment, you fear being alone with "you" a stranger. Rejection hurts because you lack the thick skin most others have, and you did not have a constant nuturing figure growing up. you prob grew up in a chaotic unpredictable household with abuse, thus your personality is disorganized

You have to get into therapy to "grow up" You see the world in black and white extremes, thru the eyes of a child. The only way to heal is with therapy. A routine would help in your life, you need structure...start with getting a part time job, work from there. I can tell though from what you keep writing, you would rather not get help right now, you are still satiated with being the victim. Once you move past that you will see that life has much more to offer than this narcissitic phase you are stuck in.

It has been a very rocky kind of situation between us. He chased after me like crazy...told me he would do anything as long it meant bein with me. Then the rolls switched.

Met him on myspace through a friends profile. Met him a couple of times. I am on the rebound and used to having s e x...so after a couple of times hangin out and fightin our physical attraction i finally gave in. After that we hung out alot more and continued to sleep together. He has told me he is falling for me, and he thinks he startin to love me. Well he is a bit shady. It looks like you really like him a lot. Eventhough relationship initiated by him, now you are committed to relationship. I have a smilar experience when my girlfriend was drifting away from me and I was madly in love with her. Finally one day I decided that let me be myself and I should not be giving in. So I started to control myself (which was not easy initially) but I started spending time more with my friends and family. Cut down on calls and I was just answering or replying her phone calls and not calling. When calling was talking much casually. When we were meeting personally in social events, I just talk to her briefly and spend time with other friends. (before she was the only person I was paying attention to).

It took me two months and then one day she called and wanted to meet. We met in an isolated place and there she asked me point blank, why I was ignoring her. ANd I explained her everything. She explained me why she was not responding to my feelings initially. SHe was scared with the intensity of my love. ANd I realized that she need some space. Then we made a routine to meet at certain interval but decided to give each other some space. And that worked out great. Finally we got married after 3 years and now we have two kids and living happy married life for last 15 years.

I met a guy over the summer and we got really close. He goes to a different school, but we only live 15 minutes away. We got really close and were practically dating. we both ran cross country and got to see eachother at the meets and we hung out a few times a week. I REALLY liked him. But one day we hung out all day and I took him home and he said he'd call the next day and I left. But he didn't call and wouldn't talk to me on the internet the next night. We haven't spoken in person since. November was when this happened. I went to his football game thatweek to talk to him and he barley said anything to me. weather it's online or in real life. someone always seems to be trying to put me down, like today at college the guys in my class (im the only girl in the class) were saying stuff like they'd put a bag over a girls head if she was ugly. %26amp;for 5 years now on sites such as myspace, there are 2 girls (who know each other online %26amp;they don't know me either, we all live in different cities) have been making hate profiles about me, bitching about me to people i don't even know, sit there laughing at my pictures. i don't think i'm that ugly, okay i could be better looking but y'know, no one can change who they are? it just makes me feel so worthless, %26amp;it's so lame to think i'm being bullied online - but i just don't what to do. advice?

They are massively immature. And the truth is, it is only the very weak who say things like that, and they wouldn't have the guts to walk up to this supposed ugly girl, much less take any action at all. If you have any power at all, you give those guys a piece of your mind, or you could enlist the help of your professor. Every time they bring down YOUR ego down a notch, they build up THEIR ego by 1-2 notches. people who bully others will always be out there, and its our job to make sure that they dont hurt us OR others. the best way (this is gonna be hard, i know from experience!) is to be their friend. Most of the time they just either want the attention or need an ego boost. But that doesn't justify it, so if the bullying reaches new heights, it might be good to talk about it with your teacher or report it on MySpace or something.

Ok now I've had an Xbox 360 for a while and just recently I got Call of Duty 4 (Great online game). Now before this me and my girlfriend were on perfect terms, but now she seems to be catching some attitude and is acting like I'm ignoring her and that I do not give her attention. Now still we go out a lot and hang out with each other out of the house (we live together). Most of the times I get home from work she is busy on the computer on Myspace, Yahoo answers and other random websites browsing, so usually I just get a hug or kiss and then she pretty much goes right back to the computer and really wouldn't even talk much to me. So I decided that since I'm tired from work anyways and she is into her own thing that I'd play my video game, since I just got it. Now every time I get home from work it's the same except now when I get home, I say hi, try to talk to her and then go to play my game she gets all upset and starts acting like I ignore her and tries getting all cuddly to...

If she was just watching tv when you get home and you played the game I would say it is you, did you try pointing out to her that when you get home from work she was always occupied on the computer? I have been dating my boyfriend for several months. Our relationship was going really well until I saw on his myspace page that he has been sending messages and talking to a lot of older women around where we live. Should I be worried or is it normal for guys to do this? I'm not sure, and with previous boyfriends I have never been in this type of situation. I don't know whether or not this is something I should get mad about or not. I have to admit I did not watch the whole video, I very likely will later today though. What i did watch, though, I completely agree with.

I do not agree with the Muslim religion, I am a Messianic Christian. I do however believe that God would have women be modest and I really have a hard time with Christians in particular, showing disrespect and mocking women of any religion who wear headscarves or dress in a modest manner period.

I would much rather be in a room full of Muslim women in headscarves and dressed modestly than on a 'Christian' retreat where the women are swimming in nothing more than a string and a hankerchief. I am embarrassed many times when I go to the pool or camping with Christian friends and their 14 yo daughters are running around in what amounts to less than underwear and they comment on how cute they are. I say, no they are not cute, you have allowed them to become meat for men who would devour hem with their eyes and in their thoughts. Yet many of these same women would feel pity for those that dress in their modest apparel. I know there are some who wear it only under the feeling of oppression and that to me is sad, but I am sure there are a much larger percentage who have respect for themselves and respect for those around them and desire to be pure, chaste and holy before the Lord- Christians, who re called to be set apart from the world should be the ones setting the example in this area and sadly they are the ones following the world in the undressing of America.

I, personally, do not necessarily agree that having one's head covered is required for being modest, but if it is important to you and you have self respect and respect for those around you to keep oyurself modest and pure then kudos to you for standing strong in oyur convictions regarding this area of modesty and no one has the right to look down on you or insult you in any way for wearing a headscarf or whatever you choose to wear to preserve your modesty.

I would ask what your opinion is of Muslim countries forcing non-Muslim residents or visitors to wear headscarves, even though headscarves are neither necessary nor important to those non-Muslims... is that not just as hypocritical as Christian countries denegrating the head scarf? At least most Christian and secular countries still allow you to practice your faith uninhibited; many, if not most, Muslim nations ban the practice of any other faith but Islam entirely. I believe in dressing appropriately and modestly. I just don't believe that a woman being covered from head to toe is a correct interpretation of modesty. I seems more to me like bondage and fear.

I don't think anyone much cared when Jackie O. wore a scarf, or when my grandmother or any of her little old ladyfriend's wear them... I understand why Muslim women where headscarves and I've worked with women in the past who have worn them to work. To me I didn't relate headscarves to the Muslim faith as much as I though of it as a cultural difference. And I never got used to it.

With that being said I think your assumptions on this issue are skewed. American's have an expectation on social normalcy. Anyone who diverts from this patch will be ridiculed on some level. People who don't speak English are often discriminated on. If I speak out as a Christian against homosexuality or un-godly lifestyles I will be chastised.

This is understandable because people don't have the same perspective as I do. They don't share the same truth as I do. However, I am given instruction from God's word to love these individuals. Because through love this is the only way these unbelievers will understand and see that the love we practice can only be from a living God and not from this world.

So with that being said Islam in my opinion is at war with among many things American culture. Because Islam teaches total submission to your God and his will. And your faith is producing (Not everyone) individuals who have submitted to Allah and the mere fact that others don't believe in him creates a disrespect to their submission.

I've been told plenty of times that Islam is a religion of love and compassion. However, there is something going on in this religion today that is sprouting up fanatics who are willing to die and take others with them, because they feel they are doing Allah's will. We don't often hear this in America but go anywhere else in the world and see if Islam tries to blend in with society? No it tries to forcefully assert themselves onto everyone who opposes what they claim is Allah閳ユ獨 will. This is the reality and this is something you as a Muslim should be worried about, because a lot of acts of violence, hatred and a lack of tolerance and understanding are taking place in the name of your religion.

I don't think you can use word wrap in HTML, however you can just delete the comments that stretch out your profile. You can also opt to disable HTML in your comments so that they cant put giant pictures or videos onto your profile.

ok...we met on my space a year ago. We've talked every day on the phone and on myspace since then. It's amazing...we complete each other and make each other happy. We met in person a month ago and we have been in a relationship since then. We live 5 hrs away from each other and we see each other every other weekend . No matter what we do or what we don't do, whether we talk or don't ...we always have a good time and feel completely comfortable with each other. i really like this girl alot im 13 she's 14. we live 30 minutes apart from each other. ive told her i liked her, but i really doubt she likes me as much as i do. alright, earlier this week she wanted me to sign up to myspace so both of us could chat with each other. we each only had each other as friends. the next day i see another guy who is the same age and lives in the same city and seems like a guy she would like. i called her asking who was that and she said it was a guy that she knew since middle school. UGH..there's not one part of me that would want to be 13 again! I've seen from my own 13 year-old son that these relationships he has with girls may last a few weeks, or as little as a few days. You are WAY TOO YOUNG to have such strong feels like this. However, I know they exist at 14. There are thousands of other girls and if she likes someone else then you can't make her like you.
